IMSU Announces GST 112 Lecture Allocation for 2025/2026 Second Semester

Owerri, Nigeria — The Division of General Studies at Imo State University has published the official lecture allocation for GST 112 (Nigeria Peoples and Culture) for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic session.

The schedule provides a structured breakdown of lecturers, departments, and venues assigned to handle the course across the university.

GST 112, which explores Nigeria’s cultural diversity, history, and societal values, is a foundational course for undergraduate students and cuts across multiple disciplines including Engineering, Social Sciences, Arts, and Health Sciences.

Lectures will take place in major halls such as the Faculty of Law Complex, Old Law Blocks, Education Halls, Humanities Block, and Science Laboratories, ensuring accessibility for students across faculties.

In an official statement, the Directorate of GST, led by Prof. O. O., reiterated that:

“Students must attend lectures according to their allocated venues to maintain order and enhance effective teaching.”

Additionally, the university confirmed that lectures will be held every Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM.

The management encouraged students to stay updated with official communications and adhere strictly to the timetable to avoid missing important lectures.
